The South Mountain YMCA strives to offer the highest quality possible in our facilities, programs and service to our members and participants. We are always open to suggestions for ways that we can improve ourselves for you. If however, for any reason you are unsatisfied with our services, we will issue a full refund of the unused portion of that service.
Makeup classes will be scheduled only in the event that the YMCA cancels the class. Programs missed for personal reasons cannot be made up. If a class is missed due to illness or injury, a credit will be issued upon receipt of a doctor's written confirmation. The class instructor has full discretion over allowing students to make up classes in another class.
