Toby H. Feller (Executive Director) Toby came to the South Mountain YMCA after a seventeen year tenure at JCC MetroWest. Her primary areas of focus were: early childhood, adult services, camping, special needs, and community events. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and her Master of Social Work degree from Yeshiva University. Toby's passion has always been to make a difference in the community by providing services to people in need and creating opportunities that enhance people’s lives.

David Berry (Youth & Wellness, & So-Map-Y Camp Director) Coach Dave has been an institution with our YMCA for almost 20 years. Dave is a youth sports and Camp legend in the community. Not only does Dave develop outstanding youth sport programs such as soccer, basketball, t-ball and other countless activities, he always teaches good sportsmanship and character values first and foremost.

Tommy Donaldson (Enrichment & Teen Adventure Camp Director) Mr. Tommy has been with the South Mountain YMCA for nearly 15 years. He began volunteering for our After School Program while he was in high school and while attending Montclair State he began working for the Before & After School program. He now oversees all school age child care programs, along with the enrichment and gymnastic programs. In addition, he runs the Vacation Care Programs and Teen Adventure Camp during the summer.

Dawn Druhot (Senior Director of the Child Care Center) Dawn comes to the South Mountain YMCA with over 10 years experience in the early childhood field. She received her Bachelor's degree from Villanova University and has been the Director of both community based child care centers and employer sponsored sites. She oversees all the daily operations of the Child Care Center and Kindergarten Center, including quality control, parent involement and staff development.

Jennifer MacAfee (Child Care Assistant Director & Y Knots Camp Director) Miss Jenn joined our YMCA over 11 years ago as a Toddler Teacher and was instrumental in launching our Full Day Kindergarten Program. In addition to being the Assistant Director of the Childcare Center, she is also a Lead Preschool Teacher & the Director of our Dramatics Summer Camp. Jenn is in charge of all special events at the Childcare Center.

Karen Robson (Senior Director of Programs and Camps) Karen has been with our YMCA Association for over 5 years. She oversees all of our Summer Day Camps , Youth, Enrichment, Teen & Family Programming, as well as our School-age Child Care Program. Karen has become quite active with the community by representing the YMCA with the LOFT program at Columbia High School, and she is our liaison with the South Orange/Maplewood Adult School and their summer program.

Roslyn Trewick ( Membership & Marketing Director) Roslyn has been an active member of our Branch since 2000, and joined our team professionally in February 2008. She oversees all aspects of our Marketing, Website and Pnline services as well as running the day to day operations of our Branch's Program Office.
