Drama 3 Camp (Entering Grades 4 - 6)

Drama Camps will introduce your child to the magical world of theatre! The possibilities are endless as we explore various acting, dancing, or singing techniques.  Each year we build upon the knowledge and comfort level of theatre that each child brings in with them and take them to the next level.

Children progress from simpler choreography and scripts, to more advanced work throughout their journey in the years from Drama 1 to Drama 3. In addition, campers will also be introduced to the backstage world by creating their own costumes, props and scenery. Some of last year's
theatre season included: Peter Pan, Alice In Wonderland, Little Red Riding Hood, and the Wizard of Oz. New shows for this season may also include non-musical productions. This will allow campers to learn all new ways in which to produce various types of theater.

The campers will have level-appropriate swim instruction three times a week and attend at least one theatre-oriented field trip/workshop each session. Every three-week session will culminate with an evening performance. Registration and participation for the entire three week session is imperative to the production process. Single week registration is not available.
