Pre-Teen Adventure (Entering Grades 5-6)
Teen Adventure
(Entering Grades 6 - 8)

The teenage years, and those leading up to them, are a special time. Children in 5th-8th grade are growing more independant and are learning to make decisions about the world on their own. These camps are designed to strengthen decision-making skills for young teens and pre-teens by encouraging positive values and providing challenging, fun and character-building experiences.

The Pre-Teen and TEEN Adventure Camps follow an extensive travel schedule with trips each week to places such as: Dorney Park, Mountain Creek, Laser Tag, Dave and Busters, NY City, Great Adventure, bowling, roller skating, museums and local beaches and lakes. Teen Campers (7th-8th graders) can attend one overnight trip per session, including a camp-out at our beautiful "sister" banch, Fairview Lake YMCA camp grounds. The camps will be divided by grades for groups, but may interact for activities such as team-building exercises, games, sports, crafts, community service projects and swimming twice a week when not on trips. Staff are college-educated, fully trained and demonstrate a desire to develop positive values in youth.
