In our infant care, each caregiver knows that the first and most important thing is forming a close relationship with their assigned children and his/her family. Daily written communication is given every day, but we always encourage phone calls or visits. • Our ratio is 1:3 • All caregivers have infant experience and are CPR/1st aid certified • Lead teachers are caring and experienced in all aspects • children as young as six weeks old As your child progresses, we create an environment that will build fine/gross motor skills, and cognitive development. • We have a private deck area for the infants to play outside • We just created a new indoor space for infants to use their gross motor skills • Our teachers make sure that each infant is stimulated by organized activities such as fingerpainting and singing "Simon says". Our caregivers will stay with their children (as a class) until they turn three and move on to preschool. We believe that children under three years old have a better child care experience when they have a stable environment with the same caregivers.
